I can’t log in to my account even though I’m sure my username and password are correct

This problem can sometimes occur with the Internet Explorer browser. We recommend you clear your temporary files by doing the following:

  • Go to the "Tools" menu
  • Choose "Internet Options"
  • Under the "Browsing history" section click the delete button
  • Make sure the "Preserve Favourites website data" section is not checked
  • Make sure the "Cookies" and "Temporary Internet Files" sections are checked
  • Press Delete and revisit the blogs website
